"Vibrancy in Christ"

Matthew 12:48-50 “He replied to him, ‘Who is My mother, and who are My brothers?’  Pointing to His disciples, He said, ‘Here are My mother and My brothers.  For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.’" (NIV) Seeking and hungering for relationships with fully devoted followers of Christ challenged me.  My criteria often does not lead off with those who are vibrant in Christ, but rather with those who complement my needs.  I find this changes the more I abide and dwell in Christ.  John 15:5 says: "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit. It is out of this deep abiding in Jesus where I reflect more of Christ.
