
How often are you overwhelmed at the wonder of Jesus? Do you find yourself waking up earlier and earlier and becoming more excited about reading the Bible and meeting God in prayer? Do you love stepping out in faith to make yourself available and vulnerable to God? Do you love to get into the Word and deeper prayer to grow and hear more from God? Are you continually astonished at God’s work in you? These questions are a good barometer for measuring your relationship and intimacy with Christ. (NIV) Your astonishment of Jesus will grow as you know and understand His calling and work in your life. The disciples knew where they were headed and the consequences and were astonished that they were in for the ride. Those not knowing Jesus and what He was about were merely afraid. Live your life striving to know Jesus and His calling for you better, so that you grow in astonishment as the all-encompassing presence and work of Jesus

Mark 7:37 “People were overwhelmed with amazement. ‘He has done everything well,’ they said. ‘He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.’" (NIV) Jesus wants your life to be exemplary to others through His life in you. Jesus knows there is no better platform for amazing others about salvation and Christlikeness than His life in you. 2 Corinthians 5:20 says, “We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us.” (NIV)
